Return or Damage 

Thank you for your order! 

We hope that our hard work shines through and your order was received as expected.  Our items are made to order and packed by our workshop.  Reshipping and replacing product due to mistakes is expensive, so we want to know when there is a problem with your order. 

Many of our products use natural or reclaimed materials, so you should expect each piece to be unique and show natural wear from the history of time and previous use.  Imperfections are inherent and to be expected, but mistakes or damage are not okay so please reach out if something isn’t right!

If you need to report a damage or would like to return your item please note: All returns and damages must be reported within 15 business days from the ship date on the invoice. 

  1. Please take a photo of the damaged item or item you would to return
    Note: Please include an image of damage product as well as any damage to the box that accrued during shipping.
  2.  Complete claim form below
  3.  Package item in original packaging if returning product
  4. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost
