Return or Damage

We hope that our hard work shines through and your order was received as expected. Our items are made to order and packed by our workshop. Reshipping and replacing product due to mistakes is expensive, so we want to know when there is a problem with your order.
Many of our products use natural or reclaimed materials, so you should expect each piece to be unique and show natural wear from the history of time and previous use. Imperfections are inherent and to be expected, but mistakes or damage are not okay so please reach out if something isn’t right!
If you need to report a damage or would like to return your item please note: All returns and damages must be reported within 15 business days from the ship date on the invoice.

Note: Please include an image of damage product as well as any damage to the box that accrued during shipping.

- Package item in original packaging if returning product
- Please allow up to 15 business day for your claim to be processed and a return authorization to be emailed if needed. We will be in touch with a plan of action for this return. Thanks!
